Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing electrical and mechanical support across all manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities

Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and responding quickly to machine breakdowns.

Monitoring machine performance to ensure production output standards are met.

Planning maintenance programs and managing spare parts inventory.

Analyzing and monitoring breakdown frequencies to support continuous improvement.

Assisting with technical issues, training, and risk assessment programs.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has:

A qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Tooling, Plastics Processing).

Experience in a medium to high-volume manufacturing environment, particularly with high-speed automated assembly processes.

Proven skills in problem-solving and fault-finding on manufacturing machines.

The ability to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
