Maintenance Carpenter – Waterloo
Monday to Friday | 40 Hours Paid Weekly | Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join our team at a busy heritage facility in the Waterloo Area. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, offering long-term career potential and stable hours.

Key Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours paid)

  • Location: Tottenham

  • Type: Temporary to Permanent

  • Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general and preventative carpentry maintenance works

  • Repairing doors, windows, skirting, flooring, and fittings

  • Working across a live hospital environment with minimal disruption

  • Ensuring all tasks are completed to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Qualification in Carpentry (or equivalent) – essential

  • Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting – highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and compliance

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication and customer service skills
