Maintenance Carpenter – Waterloo
Monday to Friday | 40 Hours Paid Weekly | Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join our team at a busy heritage facility in the Waterloo Area. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, offering long-term career potential and stable hours.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours paid)

Responsibilities:

Carrying out general and preventative carpentry maintenance works

Repairing doors, windows, skirting, flooring, and fittings

Working across a live hospital environment with minimal disruption

Ensuring all tasks are completed to health and safety standards
Requirements:

Level 3 Qualification in Carpentry (or equivalent) – essential

Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting – highly preferred

Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and compliance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills
