As a Manufacturing Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment handling the precision packing, labelling, and movement of chemical materials. Key Responsibilities
- Precision Packing & Labelling: Pack chemicals into various containers, outer packaging, and pallets. Assemble, seal, and label packs accurately to align strictly with UN regulations.
- Material Verification: Ensure batch numbers and chemical code numbers match labels and product containers perfectly. Use a computer-based system to log finished material transactions.
- Logistics & Material Handling: Prioritise and safely move chemical containers ranging from sacks and drums up to Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). Secure completed pallets for transfer to the finished goods warehouse.
- Quality & Maintenance: Carry out routine inspections, perform basic equipment maintenance, and process returned packaging for reuse.
- Safety & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a pristine, hazard-free work environment through strict housekeeping and safety protocols. Participate actively in departmental improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Core Requirements
- Safety & Compliance: High awareness of environmental, health, and safety issues, with the ability to follow strict procedures and standard work instructions.
- Quality Focus: A strong attention to detail to meet rigorous quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in navigating computer systems for inventory transactions.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
