Are you an experienced building services maintenance engineer with lead/supervisory experience, looking for a fast-paced shift role? Look no further! I am working with a leading FM service provider who are actively recruiting for a shift lead to join their flagship team in central London.

Duties
- Electrical PPMs and reactives
- Mechanical PPMs and reactives
- Assigning PPMs to engineers - overseeing a team of 3 shift engineers at any given time
- Maintenance of high voltage critical plant equipment
- Maintenance on switchgears
- Maintenance on panels, breakers and transformers
- Power distribution maintenance
- Lighting - EML testing & lighting upgrades
- Generator testing
- Distributing PPMs to the shift engineers
- Creating RAMS
- Signing off works carried out by engineers
- Ensuring all works are documented accurately
- Liaising with third party contractors and the site facility manager, being the face of the company

- 18th Edition
- HV/LV AP status
- Building services maintenance experience
