QS required immediately for contractor client on major 650 unit new build residential project in East London. I have an urgent requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work as part of the Commercial team on a new 650 unit phase of a major residential re-development in East London.
The role will include full standard Surveying duties including procurement, payments, variations, valuations, assisting in cost reporting, final accounts etc. The successful candidate will come from a main contracting or residential developer background and have experience of the full QS life cycle from procurement to final accounts, either working within a team on a large project or as a No.2 or running smaller projects.
The role is site based and reporting into the Senior QS.
