We are currently headhunting for a Commercial Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a stable, long-term contract covering education and commercial buildings across Central London.
The Package
- Salary: £46,000 + fantastic pension scheme
- Hours: 36-hour work week (Rare for FM!) Monday - Friday
- Tools: van provided (Business use)
- Location: Mobile across central London

- Comprehensive Maintenance: Delivering a mix of PPMs and rapid reactive maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Compliance & Safety: Taking ownership of statutory tasks and testing to ensure all buildings meet SFG20 standards and legal compliance.
- Technical Diagnosis: Leading on fault-finding and repairs for complex building services systems.
- Education Sector Focus: Ensuring commercial sites remain operational, safe, and efficient for the community.
- Customer Excellence: Acting as the face of the service, providing clear communication to site managers and stakeholders.
