We are seeking a reliable technician to join a flagship commercial site located just a stone's throw from Fenchurch Street Station. This is a static role providing excellent work-life balance through a continental shift pattern, paired with huge earning potential through overtime.
The Package
- Salary: Β£44,000 per annum
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights, 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00)

The Role
You will be part of a dedicated onsite maintenance team responsible for ensuring the building's mechanical systems operate at peak efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Maintaining HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers.
- Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
- Plumbing tasks, including leaks, pumps, and water treatment (L8).
- Supporting the wider FM team with minor electrical or fabric tasks when required.
Requirements
- Qualifications: City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Experience: Previous experience working in a commercial office environment or 'critical' site.
- Mindset: A proactive 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
