We are seeking a reliable technician to join a flagship commercial site located just a stone's throw from Fenchurch Street Station. This is a static role providing excellent work-life balance through a continental shift pattern, paired with huge earning potential through overtime.

The Package

The Role

You will be part of a dedicated onsite maintenance team responsible for ensuring the building's mechanical systems operate at peak efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Maintaining HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers.
  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
  • Plumbing tasks, including leaks, pumps, and water treatment (L8).
  • Supporting the wider FM team with minor electrical or fabric tasks when required.
