Are you an ambitious M&E Quantity Surveyor looking to take full commercial ownership of high-quality projects? We are seeking a commercially astute professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a M&E QS with 5-10 years of experience who is either currently operating at a Senior level or is a high-performing QS ready to step into a Senior role within the next 12 months. We focus on the £500k to £3m M&E value range, allowing you to lead multiple projects simultaneously through the entire lifecycle.

You will take the commercial lead on varied commercial build projects, managing the full M&E lifecycle including:
- Pre-Construction: 2-stage tendering, estimating, and procurement.
- Delivery: Contract administration and project financial management.
- Close-out: Final accounts and aftercare.

We value stability and specialized experience. To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:

- Stability: A proven track record of loyalty, ideally having spent several years at only 1 or 2 companies maximum.
- Project Value: Direct experience managing M&E projects within the £500k - £3m range.
- Technical Skill: Experience with 2-stage tendering is essential.
- Commercial Lead: Ability to manage procurement, contract admin, and final accounts autonomously.
- Education: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred, though not essential for candidates with exceptional experience.
Why Join Us?

We offer a permanent position, though we are happy to start on a Temp-to-Perm basis for the right candidate to ensure a mutual fit.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
