  • Tiling
  • Carpentry - Door hanging
  • Emergency lighting
  • Painting
  • Assembling furniture
  • Plumbing
  • Drainage & flushing
  • Fire alarm/door testing
  • Grouting & Plastering
  • Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Remuneration and Scheduling:

  • Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
  • 1 in 6 call out
  • £35,000 - £37,000 + overtime + company van
  • Multiple sites across London

Requirements:

  • Experience as a building services fabric engineer
  • Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in any discipline

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
