The Role:
As a labourer you\'ll be an essential part of the team, responsible for ensuring our bricklayers can work efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on pointing tasks, but you\'ll need to be adaptable and ready to assist with a variety of duties. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Mixing mortar and other materials to the correct consistency.
- Tending to the bricklayers, ensuring they have all the necessary materials and tools to hand.
- Assisting with the preparation of surfaces for repointing.
- Cleaning and tidying the work area to maintain a safe and productive site.
- Strictly adhering to all site health and safety regulations.
- Carrying out other general labouring duties as required.
Role Requirements:
We need a candidate who is:
- Experienced in a labourer or bricklayer\'s mate role, with a good understanding of bricklaying and pointing work.
