Job Title: Electrical Technician - Facilities Maintenance

Location: Horsham

Salary: £43,056 per annum

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

Our client, a leading property maintenance and facilities management specialist across the South of England, is seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious Electrical Technician to join their dynamic team in Horsham. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks including PAT testing, EICRs (fixed wiring), Emergency Lighting, and Fire Alarm testing.
• Perform fault diagnosis, electrical repairs, and routine servicing in accordance with current IEE regulations.
• Complete all electrical certification efficiently using modern digital software.
• Participate in emergency call-out rotas and support wider trades as necessary.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and professionally.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Electrical Regulations certificate.
• Full UK Driving License (clean preferred).
• Ability to pass a standard DBS check.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems/Legionella or holding PASMA/IPAF is desirable.
