About the Role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Order & Quote Management: Efficiently process customer orders, manage quotations, and maintain accurate data within our ERP and CRM systems.
- Customer Advocacy: Resolve customer inquiries and track shipments proactively to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding, seamless service results.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated customer service experience, ideally within a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or multinational/corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems. SAP‑C11 experience is highly preferred (general ERP training can be provided if you have background in similar systems like Oracle/SAP).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. An additional European language is highly valued but not required.
- Education & Certifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; a Government Body award or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Attributes: A proactive problem‑solver with excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and a collaborative team attitude.
