Randstad are looking for an experienced Handyman/Finisher (essential CSCS, Driving licence and transport) required to carry out duties in occupied residential homes
Kitchen -
- Line doors and draws
- Clean down new kitchen and surfaces including fitting of plastic trim if required
- Sealant to sink, sockets, worktops, doors, and windows
- Minor paint touch ups and tiling if required
Bathrooms -
- Fitting of bath panels
- Fit shower rails and screens including riser rails and shower curtains
- Plastic trim works
- Minor paint touch ups and tiling if required
- Clean and sealing
Will require full driving licence and own transport and tools. CSCS card, asbestos awareness certificate. Must have good experience in the refurbishment sector.
Office is based at Lovell Bagnall Street West Bromwich B70 0TS but will be required to travel from office to various jobs around Birmingham area.
