What You'll Be Doing Daily
- Forklift Operations: Safely and efficiently operating both FLT Counterbalance and Reach trucks to move, stack, and organise heavy stock.
- Loading & Unloading: Managing the safe intake and dispatch of goods directly from transport vehicles.
- Inventory Flow: Ensuring the seamless, accurate movement of materials throughout the busy warehouse floor.
- Safety & Standards: Maintaining a pristine, hazard‑free work area and strictly adhering to all facility health and safety regulations.
What We Need From You (Essential Criteria)
- Valid Dual Licensing: You must hold valid, in‑date FLT Counterbalance AND Reach licences (proof of certification will be required during onboarding).
- Proven Experience: Practical, hands‑on experience operating Reach and Counterbalance trucks in a busy, high‑pressure warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Shift Dedication: Fully comfortable working a continuous 4 on, 4 off rotation of 12‑hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Key Attributes: Excellent communication skills, strong physical stamina for manual warehouse duties, and a proactive, team‑first work ethic.
