Responsibilities:- Painting & Decorating
- Point of contact for the client
- Tiling
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Changing light bulbs
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Electrical works
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, Electrical, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential)
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
