The Opportunity
Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a premium mobile role with a global leader in real estate and facilities management? Randstad is looking for a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our South West team. This is not your standard "van-based" reactive role. Based primarily across the M3 corridor you will manage high-end commercial environments, ensuring electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards. While your core focus is Bristol, you will enjoy the variety of supporting the wider South region (including Windsor and Reading) on an occasional basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across commercial sites.
- Fault find and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power, and distribution.
- Maintain compliance with 18th Edition regulations and health & safety standards.
- Liaise directly with clients, providing a professional service as a representative of CBRE.
- Occasional travel within the South region to support the wider contract (travel time paid).
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition (BS 7671:2018).
- Full UK Driving License.
- Proven experience in a commercial maintenance or FM environment.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
