Shifts: Monday - Friday

Location: Large static commercial site in Central London

Salary: £33,000 - £34,000 + overtime

We are looking for someone who is starting their career in the world of FM. The role will predominately be a lighting technician.

Main duties:

  • Installation and replacement of lamps, ballasts, and light fixtures in commercial properties.
  • Diagnosing and repairing lighting faults.
  • Conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure lighting systems are operational and compliant.
  • Working at heights using appropriate access equipment.

Requirements:

  • Basic installation understanding.
  • Experience working in a commercial building is desirable.
  • City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in electrical installations is desirable.
  • 18th edition.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
