We are looking for someone who is starting their career in the world of FM. The role will predominately be a lighting technician.
Main duties:
- Installation and replacement of lamps, ballasts, and light fixtures in commercial properties.
- Diagnosing and repairing lighting faults.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure lighting systems are operational and compliant.
- Working at heights using appropriate access equipment.
Requirements:
- Basic installation understanding.
- Experience working in a commercial building is desirable.
- City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in electrical installations is desirable.
- 18th edition.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
