About the Role:
Abri is seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our housing maintenance and refurbishment team based in Eastleigh. In this full-time permanent role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing various flooring types across our property portfolio to ensure high-quality standards for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep, repair, and fit various flooring types (vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles, linoleum).
- Carry out site measurements, floor leveling, and surface preparation.
- Operate safely and maintain high workmanship standards across local residential properties.
- Manage van stock and care for company equipment.
Requirements:
- Essential hands-on experience as a Floor Layer.
- Full UK Driving Licence (to utilize company van).
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
