We are seeking a reliable Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a key site in Croydon. You will provide essential electrical and multiskilled maintenance, ensuring the facility remains safe and operational.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver electrical PPM and reactive tasks (fault-finding on lighting/power).
- Support general fabric repairs: carpentry, plumbing, and decorating.
- Manage CAFM data (Maximo), RAMS, and site consumables.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure KPI/SLA compliance.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
Requirements:
- Recognized Electrical qualification level 3 & 18th Edition (Essential).
- First Aid at Work & strong H&S knowledge.
- Multiskilled experience in a public/corporate environment.
