We are on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer to join a top-performing facilities team on a static site in Greenwich. This is a continental day shift role - no nights, great work-life balance, and a site that truly values its engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service pumps, motors, valves, and mechanical systems
- Conduct water treatment checks, including cooling tower maintenance
- General plumbing and drainage tasks
- Assist with BMS monitoring and system optimisation
- Handle ceiling, bearings, and plant room-related tasks
- Support PPM and reactive works, keeping the site safe and compliant
What We Are Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of water systems, pumps, and plant rooms
- Basic BMS system experience
- Excellent fault-finding skills and a self-sufficient attitude
