About the Role
Are you detail-oriented with strong hands-on skills? We are recruiting for a reliable and meticulous Line Operative to join a busy, modern manufacturing team in Clevedon. This is a full-time position working standard day shifts (no weekends!), ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on production work that requires accuracy, speed, and great fine motor skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabric Preparation: Perform precision cutting of technical fabric materials to exact specifications.
- Punching & Shaping: Accurately punch and prepare required hole sections in fabric panels.
- Thermal Equipment Operation: Use heat tools to melt, seal, and shape fabric components cleanly and safely.
- Line Operations: Work smoothly as part of a production line, adhering to strict quality, safety, and output targets.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
What We Are Looking For
- Great Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and steady hands for cutting, punching, and shaping materials accurately.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in producing high-quality work to exact measurements without shortcuts.
- Production Pace: Comfortable working efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Location & Transport
Based in Clevedon (easily accessible from Weston-super-Mare, Portishead, Nailsea, and South Bristol). Accessible via public transport, though owning your own vehicle/driving is preferred due to shift start times.
