An Assistant Site Manager is required to oversee remediation works on large residential buildings in South West London. The project will commence on site imminently and involves the replacement and remediation works both internally & externally to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (Building Safety Act).
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth construction process including management of all site labour and sub-contractors
- Manage construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays
- Liaise with the client & associated consultants and attend regular progress meetings
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification and tickets β CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- A valid driving licence
