We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration Team Leader to head up a team of Administrators managing a busy repair service and central service inbox. This is an exciting, permanent opportunity to join a dynamic team covering a major contract in London, undertaking repair and maintenance works on behalf of local councils and contractors.

The Role: Leading a High-Performing Admin Team

You will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the administrative support for a critical service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Motivate, coach, and support your team of Administrators.
  • Conducting regular 1-2-1 team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Preparing reports and keeping your line manager appraised of all activity.
  • Undertaking weekly audits of your team's work, promptly addressing any errors.
  • Managing the communal repairs mailboxes, ensuring timely responses.
  • Ensuring the team continuously delivers exceptional customer service.
