Overview

Are you an experienced Cook with commercial experience? Randstad C&P are working with a well-renowned facilities management company, who are seeking an experienced Cook who has worked within a fast paced environment. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity starting ASAP, providing temporary cover for annual leave and sickness. The role is based in Perth.

• 11:00 – 18:00
• Monday to Friday
• MUST HAVE A CURRENT PVG

Package includes:

• Competitive salary up to £14.69 per hour
• Training and support will be available on site

Responsibilities

• Catering for 11 residents
• Working off a pre set menu
• Cooking Lunch and Dinners
• Catering service for residents – maintaining a professional image with all customers
• Work alongside the other staff and residents to plan meals and have the freedom to create dishes which are popular in demand
• Deliver weekly menus to a standard, which meets culinary, nutritional, budgetary, and dietary requirements
• High volume catering experience
• Previous experience with preparing and serving food
• Great attention to detail

Experience and Qualifications

• MUST HAVE A CURRENT PVG
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Previous experience as a chef/ cook
