We are looking for a highly competent and reliable 2nd Fix Carpenter for an immediate start on an exciting office fit-out project located in the Lambeth area of London.

The Role Details

  • Location: Lambeth, London
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Rate: £24 - £25 per hour (CIS)
  • Work Type: 2nd Fix Carpentry (e.g., hanging doors, fitting architraves, skirting boards, ironmongery, etc.)
  • Start Date: ASAP

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in all aspects of 2nd fix carpentry on commercial projects.
  • Residency: Must be a current resident of the Lambeth Borough.
  • Certification: Valid CSCS Card is mandatory.
  • Tools: Must have your own full set of professional carpentry tools and power tools.
  • Right to Work: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
