Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Freelance Civils Project Manager to drive operational delivery across HS2 Phase 1, Sub-lot 2B / Area North. You will lead site operations and contract administration for road realignments, drainage, and RC pumping stations.
You will coordinate with Tier-1 JV partners (BBV/HS2 Ltd) and local authorities, administer NEC4 contract conditions, and ensure safety, dewatering, silt management, and QA/ITP sign-offs.
