About the Opportunity

Our Client is one of the leading developers looking for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join our team at our flagship development of 3 & 4 bedroom homes in Didcot.

Responsibilities

  • Working hand-in-hand with the Site Manager, you will be a vital driver of the build program.
  • Lead daily operations, managing sub-contractors to ensure Croudace's high specifications and NHBC standards are met flawlessly.
  • Maintain our impeccable on-site health, safety, and environmental standards - ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
  • Oversee 1st/2nd fixes and final finishes, conducting home demonstrations and ensuring a seamless, 5-star handover experience for our customers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • We need someone with an eye for detail, strong leadership presence, and a passion for housebuilding.
  • Proven track record as an Assistant Site Manager (or an experienced Finishing Foreman/Supervisor ready to step up) within volume or regional residential housebuilding.
  • Valid CSCS (Supervisor/Management), SSSTS or SMSTS, and First Aid at Work.
  • A firm but fair approach to managing trades, great communication skills, and a relentless focus on the final finish.
