Randstad CPE is looking to onboard a temporary Site Manager – Assistant to support a new build project for one of our leading developers in Wiltshire.
- Job Title: Assistant Site Manager -Residential
- Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
- Contract: Temporary
- Pay Rate: £200.00- £250.00 Day Rate
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations and supervision of the construction site.
- Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team to maintain project timelines.
- Conducting site inspections and resolving any issues that arise.
- Upholding health and safety regulations.
We are looking for
- A proven track record as an Assistant Site Manager on residential developments.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented.
- CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid at work
