Role: Admin Assistant β (JPC-82)
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (on-site)
Sector: Public & Private Sector Consultancy
Salary: Β£27,000 to Β£29,000 per annum
Main Responsibilities:
- Typing and issuing documents including minutes, letters, notices, reports and fee invoices.
- Electronic filing onto project files from shared mailbox.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office.
- Diary Management β arranging appointments for surveyors and meeting room bookings.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries in a professional manner.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Opening of new jobs and maintaining the project database.
- Working on own initiative and as part of the wider admin support team.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Able to work from the office full time (Sevenoaks).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Use own initiative.
- Organised & efficient.
- Proficient with MS software, including Word, Outlook and Excel (including formulas).
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Experience of working in a professional office environment.
Desirable Requirements
- Own car and driving licence.
- Experience of working within the construction industry.
- Working within a Quality Management System.
- Willingness to travel between offices if required.
