About the Role
Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join their team, bringing expertise in feasibility studies, surveying, contract administration, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing client requirements, overseeing inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
- Undertake various surveys and site inspections.
- Prepare and produce specifications for works, tender documents, and contracts.
- Coordinate members of the design team and liaise with project stakeholders.
- Act as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and develop projections for future work.
- Draft and refine reports, contracts, budgets, and other critical documents.
- Analyse site activities and prepare progress reports on project timelines, quality, and costs.
- Provide guidance and act in accordance with the Party Wall Etc Act as an appointed surveyor.
- Advise on CDM Regulations and fulfil duties as a Principal Designer.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be Chartered
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience
- Understanding of JCT Contracts and Contract Administration duties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
