Construction Logistics Group are currently looking for a General Operative to help us on a construction site in London, Hayes UB4. Working in partnership with a range of construction companies across the UK and Europe, we are constantly expanding and looking for candidates to grow as part of our team. The ideal candidate must live within the Hillingdon council area.
Responsibilities:
- Performing setup and cleanup tasks on site
- Manually lifting freight, stacking pallets, and loading/unloading delivery trucks, vans, and shipping containers
- Moving stock around the facility using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts)
- Inspecting incoming deliveries, checking for damaged or missing items, and verifying items against delivery paperwork
- Cleaning work zones, disposing of waste, and keeping storage areas tidy and accessible
- Following hazard protocols and properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience is preferable
- CSCS card mandatory
- Right to work in the UK (share code)
Benefits:
