Contracts Manager
We are excited to announce the above role for our office in central London. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience in construction management, resource procurement, project oversight, and client relations.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project resources and material procurement
- Reviewing and negotiating rates with clients
- Preparing trade contract bid documents and handling tenders
- Overseeing subcontractors and managing contracts
- Contributing to work planning and client value engineering
- Regular site visits, progress reviews, and project reporting
- Collaborating with the Resourcing Team to ensure top-quality labour
