Our client, a housing refurbishment contractor based in the South East, are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join their decent homes project in East London. Within this role you will be expected to carry out condition surveys to properties both internally and externally. The majority of the works will be Kitchen and bathroom replacements, roofing and window renewals. You will be responsible for carrying out the surveys, assessing what work needs to be done and then passing this information over to the projects team to deliver. If applying for this position you should have a strong building knowledge as well as a good commercial knowledge, you must be able to work on your own accord and within a team and be IT literate to maintain property information.
