Permanent opportunity for a Small Works Manager to join a building & property team on site at RNAS Culdrose Your new company As a Small Works Manager you will join a property and project management team who are based on-site at the MOD base RNAS Culdrose. You will be joining a provider of estates and facilities management for the armed forces, a business which has an end goal to deliver both smarter and more efficient property solutions. Your new role You will work in a fast paced environment, often delivering multiple works in the region of 10 – 25K from inception through to completion. This will involve robust and effective contractor management, overseeing project from design and specification through to delivery, and monitoring budget, quality and all health and safety elements to the works.
