Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer working in the Building Services industry? Looking to join a specialist design team within a successful design and build contractor business in West London? This opportunity is not to be missed! A contractor in West London is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing team, working on projects primarily in the commercial fit-out and healthcare sectors. As the Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for stage 2-5 design of mechanical services such as HVAC, Heat pumps, AHU’s, Plant/Boiler rooms and water supply. You will have good experience working on site with the installation teams, ensuring that services are fitted to design specifications and support any contractor queries throughout the installation process. To be suitable for the role you will: ·Be degree qualified or HND in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering ·Be an experienced user of software such as Hevacomp, IES and AutoCAD ·Ideally have experience
designing to latter stages of the RIBA process (Technical design) ·Have site based experience and be comfortable dealing with contractors and clients ·Be able to visit sites in and around London as required by the business.
