On behalf of one of our well established clients, PSR are recruiting for a H&S advisor to cover construction projects in the East Midlands. In this role, your main responsibility will be to support the Health and Safety Manager in promoting a positive health and safety culture across the group and supply chain. Key Requirements To be successful in this role, you will hold a minimum of NEBOSH Construction Certificate and have at least 3 years proven experience in a H&S position within the construction industry, ideally in a main contracting environment. You will be experienced in delivering outstanding H&S in the workplace, be a confident communicator when delivering presentations, training and undertaking risk assessments. Ability to communicate effectively and coach site teams and subcontractors around H&S is essential for the role.
