We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager on behalf of one of PSR’s key clients. The contract is due to run until the end of October on a challenging fast-track build and refurbishment scheme near Skipton in North Yorkshire. You will be part of a team reporting to Senior Site Manager on site. Responsible for certain packages of works and contractors on site. Working to ensure contractors complete works to programme, to a high quality and in a safe manner. All necessary paperwork will need to be in place to ensure safe working, whilst keeping clear lines of communication with your internal and external teams What our client is looking for: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid New Build construction and refurbishment experience Experience of working for a main contractor Commitment to completing the assignment duration of around 3 months
