Kenton Black are working with a privately owned, Main Contractor. Our client is working on a new build commercial project in the South West of England and are looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work, site based, for the duration. The site is located in North Devon and is c£14mil. Duties: Hands on and autonomous, managing commercial aspects of specific schemes. Quantity Surveying duties; day to day cost control, cash management, subcontractor management and risk management. Ideal candidate: Accredited degree in Quantity Surveying (or relevant equivalent) Minimum 8 -10 years experience New build construction experience is essential You must be confident running your own projects and being client facing.
