TSA Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out SAP Energy assessment and condition surveys of social housing properties in Northamptonshire on a 3 Month Contract. Our client is a leading property consultant who is responsible for delivering a large programme of condition surveys and RDSAP assessments of social housing units, capturing information utilising asset management software on a tablet PC. The ideal candidates should have experience of conducting energy ratings, EPC’s on domestic properties and ideally possess a technical construction qualification, or Joinery and Carpentry background.
