The Company This tier two main contractor who build projects ranging from £5m to £20m, have successfully been building schools nationwide. Now, due to an increase workload and the potential to grow their business even further, they are looking to recruit a project coordinator. The Role Working on several sites simultaneously the project coordinator will: Help set up the sites Support the project manager together Write Cost plans & Construction programming Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves Perform various coordinating tasks, eg; schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries The Individual The successful candidate will have worked for a main contractor previously and have worked on building projects. They will ideally have, experience of working on school projects to the value of £20m and be happy
