Commercial Manager/ Senior Commercial Manager (Rail infrastructure) – Manchester or Crewe – Transport & infrastructure – OUTSIDE IR35 We are currently recruiting for an experienced cost/commercial manager to be involved with major rail infrastructure projects (signalling, electrification, power lines, tracks etc) in and around Manchester or Crewe. Duration – Minimum 6-month contract with possibility for extension on a 2-year project Location – Manchester or Crewe – Hybrid working policy – 2 days max in office We’re ideally looking for Commercial managers with experience of working on rail infrastructure signalling projects but will consider wider rail infrastructure project and programme experience. Commercial Manager skills and qualifications: Quantity surveying / commercial management related qualifications is beneficial Experience of working as a consultant or within a consultancy * Experience of supporting cost management activities including monthly reporting,
maintaining control of cash flow as well as forecast of supported project Experience as a commercial manager on TfL/Transport for London/LU/London Underground/network rail projects is highly desired Procurement experience is beneficial * Strong stakeholder management experience For further information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
