Assistant Planner / Project Planner

Do you have experience working as an Assistant Planner or Project Planner within the construction industry and are you looking for your next opportunity? If so, I would like to speak to you! I am currently searching for somebody with 1-5 years construction Planning experience for a 3 year contract based in the Midlands. The role will be a mix of site based & home working. As the Project Planner you will be assisting & supporting the project team to manage and control the programme on a large multi phased residential project. This role will be busy and varied, some of your responsibilities may include: To build up a good knowledge of project requirements and site constraints To support development of detailed target programmes, (natural sequences & methodology followed) Programme commentary with associated monthly drop lines to be maintained, progress mark ups and variance schedules completed Monthly audit report and planning reports completed Provide support to planning manager

putting together forensic evidence on projects in significant delay To continually visit and monitor current projects to provide planning support and ensure accurate progress reporting you will be reporting to the Planning Manager I will respond to & talk to all applicants & keep you updated on the progress of your application
