About the Role
As a Processing Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Apprenticeship Processing team, ensuring all apprenticeship processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed standards and targets. You'll coach and develop team members to maximise performance, act as the subject matter expert for apprenticeship processing activities and support the ongoing improvement of systems and processes. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for employers, training providers and apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and developing the Apprenticeship Processing team to deliver a high-quality service
- Monitoring team performance against agreed targets and taking action to drive continuous improvement
- Managing workloads and ensuring processes are completed accurately and within required timescales
- Acting as the expert on apprenticeship processing activities, providing guidance and support to colleagues
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and supporting the implementation of operational changes
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
Essential:
- Clear, confident and persuasive communicator at appropriate levels demonstrated by a variety of written, verbal and face-to-face methods

- Experience of apprenticeship delivery in England, Scotland or Wales
- Experience of working in an educational environment
- Experience of managing processing teams and/or customer service teams
- Experience of working in a continuous improvement environment
