Target Salary: £42,42 Per Annum + £6,452 Car Allowance + £580 Mobile Allowance
Location: Mobile (Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire)
Responsibilities:
As Regional New Entrant Employer Lead, you'll generate new business for CITB while supporting employers to recruit and develop new entrants, including apprentices. Through building strong networks with employers, training providers, stakeholders and CITB partners, you'll play a key role in delivering CITB's vision to improve Construction's People Pipeline and support the future development of employer and provider networks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Generate new business and grow employer engagement for CITB.
- Support employers to recruit, train and retain apprentices and new entrants.
- Build influential networks across employers, providers and industry stakeholders.
- Provide specialist guidance on apprenticeship programmes, funding and grants.
- Strengthen and diversify the regional construction talent pipeline.
- Deliver employer events, mentoring and workforce development initiatives.
- Manage employer relationships to improve learner success and progression.
- Use CRM data and market insight to drive performance and achieve targets.
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge Required:
- Knowledge of apprenticeships, funding rules and training programmes.
- Understanding of Ofsted and quality assurance requirements.
- Experience supporting employers with apprenticeship recruitment and delivery.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and learner wellbeing.
- Understanding of apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements.
Essential:
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of learner safeguarding and wellbeing.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Relevant Health & Safety, teaching or training qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- A-Level education or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable:
- CEIAG qualification L4 Degree in related subject.
Other Requirements:
This role is a mobile role, with no office base and will involve significant regional travel, on a daily basis. Full UK Driving Licence is essential. This role requires a flexible approach to working patterns and may involve occasional overnight stays and some national travel.
