About the Role
As a Processing Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Apprenticeship Processing team, ensuring all apprenticeship processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed standards and targets. You’ll coach and develop team members to maximise performance, act as the subject matter expert for apprenticeship processing activities and support the ongoing improvement of systems and processes. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience for employers, training providers and apprentices.
