Role – Course Booker Sales Negotiator

Location – National Construction College East, Bircham Newton, Norfolk (this is a site-based role and doesn’t allow you to work from home)

Salary – £28,784 per annum

Hours – 35 hours per week – Full Time

Contract Type – Permanent

In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking advice on training and development through our courses. Your goal is to ensure every enquiry is handled with care and professionalism, leading to a positive experience and successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and helpfully to all incoming enquiries
  • Provide clear, accurate information about courses, eligibility, and funding
  • Follow up with potential learners to support their decision-making process
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify demand and suggest improvements to course offerings
  • Support outreach efforts including marketing campaigns and regional initiatives
  • Assist with accommodation bookings and refer learners to appropriate support teams
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to system improvements
  • Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance service delivery
  • Handle unexpected situations with confidence and empathy, ensuring the best outcome for learners and trainers
