Role Description: I am looking for 3 individuals or a crew of 3 who must be able to commute to Leyes Road, Newham East London E16 3HE. We have been awarded a Contract for 116 flats to take from build clean to sparkle over a 6 month period. Currently, this position is a part-time on-site role for a CSCS New Build Cleaner/Cleaners. Expectation is 2-3 days per week but this will be discussed.

The New Build Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and preparing newly constructed buildings. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Performing detailed cleaning of interiors
  • Removing construction debris
  • Ensuring all surfaces are left in pristine condition

The role requires adherence to safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness to meet company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction site and new build cleaning is preferred although training will be given
  • Knowledge of using cleaning tools and equipment efficiently and safely
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines on construction sites
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
