We are looking for an experienced Renewable Energy Electrician to join a specialist installation team with an outstanding award-winning reputation. The role will involve installing, testing, commissioning and maintaining renewable energy systems across domestic, commercial and social housing projects throughout Scotland.
Main Duties:
- Install Solar PV and battery storage systems
- Install domestic and commercial EV charging points
- Complete electrical works for Air Source Heat Pump installations
- Carry out testing, inspection, certification and fault finding
- Complete consumer unit upgrades and electrical modifications
- Record installation details, photographs and test results using a company tablet
- Ensure all work meets current electrical, safety and industry standards
- Liaise professionally with customers, site teams and project managers
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Inspection and Testing qualification, such as City & Guilds
- Solar PV installation qualification
- Electrical Energy Storage Systems qualification
- EV Charging qualification
- ECS or JIB Gold Card
- Minimum three years electrical installation experience
