We are looking for a motivated and organised Trades & Labour Resourcer to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, building relationships with candidates and clients, and playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of a busy trades and labour workforce.

As a Trades & Labour Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, registering and supporting candidates, ensuring compliance is completed accurately, and helping the wider team identify new opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screening candidates for trades and labour roles
  • Registering and identifying new candidates
  • Obtaining and managing candidate compliance documentation
  • Delivering excellent customer service to candidates, clients and the existing workforce
  • Carrying out day-to-day reporting for the current workforce
  • Maintaining regular contact with workers to support attendance, availability and performance
  • Identifying leads and opportunities to support business growth
  • Supporting consultants with recruitment activity and candidate management
  • Ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For
