We are recruiting an organised and proactive Contract Administrator to join a growing Glasgow office that specialises in FM, construction and social housing.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule works and coordinate engineers
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
  • Raise purchase orders and process completion paperwork
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, tenants, subcontractors and engineers

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good Excel knowledge and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy workload
  • Experience with SimPRO is beneficial
